Role: Stabilization Analyst I

At Cardif Colombia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stabilization Analyst I to guarantee the quality and performance of our applications during the critical phases of go-live and early support.
Job Objective: Your main mission will be to bridge the gap between initial deployment and stable operation. You will be responsible for identifying residual errors, optimizing system performance, and ensuring that the final product is fully reliable for the end user.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Post-Deployment Monitoring: Supervise system behavior in production environments to quickly detect anomalies.
- Incident Analysis: Investigate the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of errors reported after the production release.
- Optimization and Adjustments: Collaborate with development teams to implement quick fixes and performance tuning.
- Stability Management: Define and track KPIs for service stability and availability.
- User Support: Ensure that the transition to operational support (Run) is smooth and frictionless.
What are we looking for in you?
- Previous experience in Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and post-implementation phases.
- Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, logs, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate solutions between the technical team and the business.
- A mindset oriented toward quality and continuous improvement.
