Position - Global Markets New Graduate Hire 2027 

Eligible - Students expected to graduate 2026 Fall - 2027 Spring 

Language Requirement (Must have)  : English (Fluent), Japanese (Fluent)

Location- Tokyo, Japan

1. As a Trading Analyst, you will: 

* Be part of a team that trades a comprehensive range of asset classes on every index, every exchange and every market worldwide; 

* Gain hands-on experience to provides market access and liquidity to the Bank’s customers and manages the underlying risks; 

* Develop tools for the teams to assist in analysis or risk management, coding skills are a plus but can be learnt on the desk.

Currently in Trading, 

Position : Delta 1 Trading Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Integrate the Delta One Index Trading Desk of BNP Paribas

* Build and maintain relationship with Sales, Internal clients and interdealer market

* Pricing of Delta 1 products for sales requests on Japan equities

* Maintain marking on repo and dividends

* Providing market color information to sales and other teams to develop activity

* Monitor all Delta 1 related risks in particular div, repo, rho, delta

* Seek for better positions and P&L management tools with IT

* Following all local legal and compliance rules

* Push to make the trading environment more efficient

 Contributions:

* Marking, Risk Monitoring & P&L

Competencies:

* Improve tools so IT skills are required

* Liaise with relevant teams to secure the setup

* English fluency, Japanese a plus

2. As a Sales Analyst, you will:

* Work with trading teams to deliver the best services to our Clients; 

* Learn how to create innovative solutions in answer to changing market trends; 

* Support activity by analyzing opportunities, producing research and market analysis; 

* Develop an understanding of different assets classes and product types.
