2025 APAC Long Internship (June to December) - Wealth Management, Digital Solutions
As a Growth Hacker intern, you will be part of a team that looks at increasing usage and adoption of both internal solutions as well as digital products and services for clients. While you are part of the Wealth Management Team, you will also be involved in Singapore Territory initiatives.
Your responsibilities under Wealth Management
Growth Hacking
- Plan and execute growth activities at every step of the customer journey to increase adoption of wealth management digital solutions
- These digital solutions include internet and mobile banking (and the features that fall under these platforms such as online trading, communication) as well as digital signing capabilities
Data Analytics
- Review all analytics touchpoints for digital wealth management solutions
- Consolidate and make recommendations on how to bring analytics to the next level
- Implement these recommendations
myImpact
- myImpact is a tool used to raise awareness about sustainability through an understanding of an individuals preferences when it comes to the UN Sustainable Development goals
- We are planning for a refresh and your responsibilities would be to project manage the implementation in Asia
Your responsibilities under Singapore Territory
eXcite Programme
- The eXcite programme is a Southeast Asia Territory initiative that aims to build a community of innovators across the region to lead innovation.
- You will support the team when planning and execution some of these initiatives.
- You will also be required to participate in some of these events, do an editorial coverage and subsequently communicate about these events to the wider BNP Paribas community.
Design Thinking
- Design Factory Asia runs various Design Thinking workshops on an ongoing basis.
- Your responsibilities would range from workshop planning and co-ordination, to actual workshop facilitation.
We are looking for a dynamic growth hacker who is a self-starter and who enjoys a good breadth of work.
- You are also a strategist, planning for content and engagement, executing and overcoming any impediments
- You have to be courageous, you will be working with senior stakeholders within the bank
- You are a team player and will be working with different functions within the bank to drive the programme
Direct Responsibilities
Operational responsibility to manage the eXcite Echonet Site
- Review submissions
- Authoring and update of content
- Enhancements to features of the site
- Curate submissions to be featured in internal communications
- Works with internal colleagues to clarify submissions
Work closely with the project team
- Organize design thinking workshops on behalf of the team’s facilitators
- Plan and execute strategy to drive growth of the eXcite programme
- Consolidate and prepare reports to track success of the programme
- Showcase success of programme through management reporting
Work closely with the external eco-system
- With eXcite, we want to integrate closely with external eco-systems such as tertiary education and non-profit organizations
- Work with existing contacts and develop new contacts to see how BNPP can participate or contribute
Data analytics and reporting
- Prepare the monthly penetration and usage reports for all our digital assets
- Review, consolidate and enhance these dashboards during the course of your internship
Contributing Responsibilities
- Working with Brand and Communications to execute on the internal comms content calendar
- Working with Learning and Development on curating and executing a new ways of working development plan in conjunction with this programme
