BNP Paribas is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Donahue as Global Head of Securitisation, reporting to David Ovenden, Global Head of Credit.
Michael, 39, joins the firm from Merrill Lynch where he was Managing Director and Co-Head of Structured Finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that he spent 3 years at Deutsche Bank where he was a Director in the European Securitisation Group. He has also worked in New York for Lehman Brothers and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Michael started his career in the US Army before leaving to study Business Management at the University of Maryland College and Business Law and Regulation at Cornell Law School.
