ABOUT THE JOB

#EDITORIAL LINE

• You will manage communication projects around the company's values, themes, and projects, while respecting the graphic charter.
• You will contribute to the implementation of the editorial line and creative concepts.
• Constantly monitoring, you will support employees in the use and respect of the editorial line and propose relevant and effective content.
• You will be proactive and responsible for writing and evolving the editorial line.

#COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

• You will promote and manage communication channels and events to ensure coordination and engagement within the ITTF teams and the organization.
• You will participate in the development of the department's internal networks.
• You will be able to write articles, blogs, or newsletters.
• You will define and manage the schedule, create digital content, write posts, moderate, and monitor and analyze engagement.

• You will design and write in a constant search for the best way to communicate your message.
• You have a strong taste for graphic design.
• You are detail-oriented and methodical.
• You have a digital culture and master social media to perform benchmarks.
• You are a team player who likes to help.
• You are adaptable, rigorous, and have a good ability to collaborate within your team and across departments.
• You easily adapt when briefs evolve and enjoy switching from one topic to another in the same day, or even working on several topics simultaneously.
• Finally, you have good analytical skills.

#SKILLS

• Proficiency in office tools (Office 360).
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is an asset.
• Communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken.
