We are seeking a visionary Agile Project Manager to spearhead CRM-driven innovation and agile excellence.

Join our CRM Applications Team and play a key role in designing and executing cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer interactions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the way in developing and optimizing CRM applications, tools, and processes to enhance customer engagement.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle—from ideation to execution—while keeping a sharp eye on risks, opportunities, and innovations.
- Apply Design Thinking and other modern methodologies to craft seamless customer experiences.
- Work hand-in-hand with IT teams in an Agile environment, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient product development.
- Be the bridge between stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment across teams
- Run end-to-end Agile ceremonies including sprint planning,backlog grooming and retrospectives.
- Take charge of change management, making sure new CRM applications are successfully adopted and integrated.
What We’re Looking For:
- A university degree in a Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies; Product Owner /Project Manager experience is a plus
- A working understanding of the use of agile principles in delivery
- Experience in project management—PMP/CAPM certification is a bonus
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM applications and digital projects
- Strong command of English—you’ll be using it in daily business
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with SAS or Business Objects (BO) is a plus
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset—someone who gets things done
- Great people skills, with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Ability to manage a range of stakeholders, up to and including board level
- A true team player with strong planning, organization, and coordination skills
