UCB is reaffirming its status as a specialist in real estate financing via a new communication campaign that is being aired on television starting on 15 September. The campaign consists of three humorous spots created by Ivan Goldschmidt (who is known for his commercials) that illustrate UCB's three strong pledges: quality of customer reception, tailored responses to each customer's expectations, and rapid responses to loan applications.

The episodes focus on an emblematic character, Gérard, the new UCB customer service representative. UCB's positive, proactive, and friendly positioning is summed up in its new slogan "UCB makes you want to buy". This new identity will also be displayed in branches, on posters and product and service brochures.
