Campaign "Reveal yourself"
Six BNP Paribas employees, 3 women traders and 3 HR men share their experience through six testimonials. These six employees decided to go beyond the stereotypes conveyed by the jobs and prove that it is always possible to do the job of their choice and that it is enriching and rewarding to evolve in HR for a man or evolve as a trader as a woman. As diversity is a real asset, BNP Paribas needs all the women and men to flourish in the job they love and to give the best of themselves.
“ IN BUSINESS, YOU NEED EVERYONE—MEN AND WOMEN—TO WORK TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES. YOU SIMPLY CANNOT SOLVE TODAY’S CHALLENGES IF 50% OF YOUR PEOPLE DON’T FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL ”
