Position Purpose

 

Assist the Head of Core Clients to develop & implement revenue generation strategies & initiatives for the core client segment in order to improve RoA and increase absolute revenue per client.  As this is a transversal role, candidate must be able to work via positive influence across all & markets and offer teams (Investment Services & Credit) and across 5 sites

 

Key Metrix – Total Revenue, Revenue per Client and RoA

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Revenue Generation

-          Pricing standardization &  enhance exception approval matrix for Core clients

-          Identify product penetration & asset diversification and work with Investment Services & Credit to devise marketing/ campaign plans to boost revenue

-          Leverage on Analytics team & CRM (Pearl) tool to closely follow up the execution of client contact plans

-          Assist Head of Core Clients in conducting periodic business performance reviews jointly with Market Heads

-           

Compliance and Control:

-         Act at all times in accordance to the Bank’s compliance & control framework

-         Contribute to defining & improving policies & procedures impacting sales & service delivery for Core Clients

 

Others:

-         Participate and/or lead projects as assigned by the Head of Core Clients

-         Assist Head of Core Clients other development projects just as activities on the Onshore Sites

Assist Head of Core Clients in Budgeting & Forecast

 


 Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

 

-         Solid knowledge in wealth management activities and proven hands-on experience

-         Solid statistical & analytics skills

-         Good presentation and communication skills

-         Motivating, optimistic

-         Excited about building businesses

-         Ability to work via influence as opposed to direct hierarchy

 

Specific Qualifications Required

 

-         Master or Degree holder with solid wealth management experience

-         Strong numeric skills/ high sensitivity to numbers

-      10 years working experience
