The position is to cover two main axes:
1. The monitoring and tracking of medium term development plan (savings, revenues,…)
2. The transformation of APAC Performance Management (digital, efficiency,…)
1. Monitoring and tracking of business plans.
Cost saving programs or investment programs (A2020):
Monitor the realization of savings undertaken by CIB in the APAC Region
Collect from the program managers and contributors in APAC their declarative figures about savings, investments and headcounts, on a quarterly basis and during budget / forecast exercise
Transformation costs (adaptation, restructuring): extract and report on a monthly basis, prepare budget /forecast data by collecting from program managers and liaising with head-office
Track progress across the life time of the initiative and ensure it stays in line within Central guidance and instructions
Report centrally and locally the progress
Contribute to the identification of other areas of costs savings through the analysis of historic expenses data, development and maintenance of appropriate monitoring and projection tools.
Initiatives under A2020 plan (Grow and Refocus initiatives), in charge of :
Business Plan data base (used for reporting, budgeting and stress testing),
Reporting for Regional and Central needs
Monitor and tracking of A2020 initiatives within budget processes.
2. Project Transformation Manager for APAC PM Function
Project leader to support development on PM tools (for budgeting / reporting)
Project leader on work/life balance across APAC PM teams (incl. ISPL), support best practice implementation and knowledge sharing
In charge of specific transversal initiative or specific support need within PM Team , upon request by PM Head
Contributing to overall PM mission.
Contribute to BNPP internal permanent control framework
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
In depth knowledge on Performance Management concepts.
Knowledge on CIB métiers and function organization, driving forces.
Expert in MS Office and database management
Analytical skills and synthesis capacity
Well organized and autonomous.
