The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Senior Specialist in Administration Department (Procurement Area)
As a Senior Specialist in General Administration Department your mission will be to independently take care of procurement area and make it effective and efficient. You will have influence on how is it organized and you will be able to implement improvements and your own ideas.  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executing purchases and controlling costs  (short & long term contracts with office suppliers, cars, telephones, furniture, services)
  • Managing external contracts and office documentation
  • Implementing improvements in administrative and procurement services
  • Managing  car fleet
  • Ensuring existence and updating insurance policies for the bank's activities
  • Preparing reports and KPI’s
  • Work closely with the team to promote and execute the vision of Procurement area
  • Preparing offer comparisons, decisional matrix and saving calculations
  • Supporting other  team members
  • Being part of exciting projects which will have influence on shape of our working place

We are looking for you, if you have:
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in office administration / procurement/ facility management
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English
  • Have University degree
  • Excellent client focus skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
  • Experience in Project Management, we will consider it as an asset
  • Good planning skills and you are able to prioritize your tasks
  • Attention to detail and tenacity to get things done
  • Team work orientation
  • Pro-activeness & problem solving approach
