One of the three international operations centers, BNP Paribas Sundaram Global Securities Operations (GSO) provides services to global clients in the Asian region and some “follow-the-sun” activities for European clients. Our services include custody operations, fund accounting, middle office operations, static data management, IRP and other transversal services.

Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities


Employee Transportation
1.   Ensure weekly rosters sent by teams are verified for route chart preparation
2.   Optimize vehicle routing, clubbing of employees
3.   Improve on time arrival , departure of cabs and prepare reports vendor performance
4.   Surprise check on cab cleanliness, amenities, driver at transport yard
5.   Ensure compliance in terms of vehicle records, driver licenses, background checks
6.   MIS preparation and submission to finance on time
7. Coordinate all aspects of Employee Transport including arranging vehicles through third party service providers during crisis situation.
8. Manage logistics related to client visits, employee day arrangement, on call cab booking with service provider and end user
9.Vendor Governance - Penalties to be imposed on service provider during service issues
10.Supervising of vendor staff and allocation of daily tasks, routing, tracking, cab deployment
11.Driver briefings

Job requirements

Educational qualifications: Graduate/UG

Total years of experience:  5 years

Relevant years of experience: Minimum 4 years

Knowledge and skills required

¡ Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

¡ Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.

¡ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS-Word & Excel skills required.
