Relationship Manager, FIC

Job description:

- Maintain quality client briefing memos for each client, and substitute other relationship managers in the task when necessary;

- Prepare relationship memos to support annual reviews and credit lines proposals. Conduct deal and client profitability analysis (Revenues, RAROC, CEVA etc.);

- Closely work with GRM / R-IM, contribute to risk decision and actively participate in Credit Committees;

- In close cooperation with FIC Bankers, Relationship Managers and business lines specialists, help identify business opportunities with clients;

- Prepare client pitch book presentations together with business lines specialists when relevant;

- Assist FIC Bankers in the preparation of FIC Industry and client action plans;

- Assist FIC Bankers in the day-to-day relationship management with their clients, involve in client meetings when appropriate;

- Follow up the execution of the deals with the business lines involved and the Credit Risk Department;

- Support FIC Bankers’ compliance responsibilities in the execution of the KYC due diligence;

- Work in conjunction with and support FIC Bankers and Relationship Managers on marketing investment banking solutions and services to FIC clients.

Job requirement:

- Good industry knowledge of financial institutions;

- Thorough knowledge of different bank products;

- Solid accounting, financial, and credit analysis skills;

- Strong analytical and reasoning skill;

- Excellent communication skills in terms of both external marketing and internal coordination;

- Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin), both verbal and written;

- Strive to complete the highest quality of work;

- With extensive exposure in China and an understanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends;

- University graduate or above;

- At least 6+ yrs working experience in financial industry combined with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
