The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises  two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Junior Reconciliation Specialist in Transfer Agent Team
(up to 2 months international training is to be expected)
  • Taking care of daily cash reconciliation of Sicavs’, fees’, cheques’ accounts, shares’ reconciliation
  • Involving and supporting other Transfer Agent’s teams in managing investigations
  • Ensuring monthly cash reconciliation of Transitory fees’ accounts, Distributors’ and Local Transfer Agent’s fees
  • Taking care of cash reconciliation of Tax transitory accounts and payment to Ministry of Finance
  • Preparing Clients’ billing as well as shares reconciliation between BNP Paribas Securities Services evidences and Sicavs’ statements
  • Preparing and updating of procedures, statistics and KPI’s
  • Supporting other projects if the expertise is required

  • In-depth knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market
  • Graduates or candidates during the last years of studies: economy, finance and accounting or similar
  • Very good knowledge of English language, good knowledge of Italian language is an asset
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Accuracy, analytical skills and completeness is essential
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn
  • Recent graduates are welcomed
