 The position offered is within the New Products Strategic Marketing Team, which is responsible for producing new quantitative investment strategies support material, together with the structurers and sales teams. Our team gathers and transcribes both technical and commercial information into strategic and educational sales support across asset classes - Equities, Commodities, Credit, Rates and FX - dedicated to clients or for internal use. Our main roles include:
  • Supporting the sales and structuring teams in striking deals, thanks to the production of structured products, mutual funds and custom indices marketing materials (Pitchbooks, Factsheets, Teasers, Client Q&As, etc.)
  • Helping to broaden the Global Markets and the THEAM funds customer base
  • Facilitating internal communication, as well as sales training, by means of internal presentations and product clinics
  • Coordinating the marketing materials validation process
  • Spreading the marketing materials (e-mailing, internal platforms, etc.)
  • Marketing studies (market trend analysis to optimise our product and service offer)

  • Product Marketing: Creation, automation, update of the Global Markets Products ‘Marketing Package’ (Pitch, Brochure, Factsheets, key selling points/differentiating points, etc.), both for internal purposes (education of sales people, communication) and external purposes (teaching or marketing to clients)

Collaboration with Sales/Structuring teams: Preparation of educational presentations and marketing material for products, strategy and seminars both internally and with clients, in collaboration with Sales, Structuring and Marketing team members from other platforms

  • Flexibility for our clients: Efficiently address specific clients/sales requests of marketing material (versions differing from mainstream material), demonstrating flexibility and understanding of business needs
  • Strategic Vision: Run competitive analysis and study the market to add strategic value to marketing projects
  • Ensure quality and continuity: Creation of high level marketing presentation with ‘consulting like’ approach through smart and efficient slides/presentations/initiatives and make sure all Legal & Compliance processes are respected
  • Contribution to team’s initiatives: Contribute to awards pitches with product cases and highlights of key market and product trends, to Internal Communication initiatives, to recruitment, training and team motivation initiatives
  • Management of Marketing Platforms: Ensure communication of the Marketing and Strategic work done via our digital platforms (websites, Sharepoint, etc.)
