Securities Services Chennai Hub
One of the three international operations centers, BNP Paribas Sundaram Global Securities Operations (GSO) provides services to global clients in the Asian region and some “follow-the-sun” activities for European clients. Our services include custody operations, fund accounting, middle office operations, static data management, IRP and other transversal services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a skills inventory to assist in identification of learning needs.
Researches and recommends a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs.
Responsible for executing the entire training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training
Develops and maintains all process, process documents and databases related to the learning and development
Develops and delivers management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, costs, benefits, etc.
Build a learning & development curriculum based on the needs identified, aligned to the competency framework within the organization
Roll out training plans and monthly training calendars based on the learning & develop curriculum
Educational qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation
Knowledge and skills required
Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to promote new approaches to learning and development as appropriate and meets strict deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS-Word & Excel skills required.Job specific competencies
