Global Securities Operations
One of the three international operations centres, BNP Paribas Global Securities Operations (GSO) provides services to global clients in the Asian region and some "follow-the-sun" activities for European clients. Roles and responsibilities
In the specific case of client requested change,
Management of changes in BP2S’ FA operating model & operational systems.
Management of external or internal client request
Analyses / proposes solutions to FA operational needs.
Coordination of users, developers, external contractors & support teams during projects.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Result Area
Client and BP2S Luxembourg Fund Administration operational needs / requests:
Coordinate with Client Relationship Manager / directly with clients to define needs.
Collect and analyze operating model change requests.
Review / complete project initiation documents to ensure the proper documentation of request.
Luxembourg’s Fund Administration operational work flow. Identify lacks and weaknesses.
Define / insure an efficient operating model from A to Z:
Define solutions to detected lacks and weaknesses.
Potential solutions to change requests and impacts on current operating model.
Consider adaptation of current process vs. development of new solutions when needed.
Consider implementation of BP2S Group solutions when available.
Changes with users, developers, external contractors and support teams.
Ensure a clear and precise documentation of all projects steps as defined in BP2S’ Project Management methodology.
Ensure a regular follow up with all involved parts during the project life cycle.
Projects with all involved parts.
Ensure user guides / procedures have been prepared.
Initialize trainings when needed.
Share information / ideas on BCM team’s subjects.
Ask for personal trainings / other team members advices when needed.
Priorities of operational needs and requests with Head of FA and N-1 head of FA. Coordination with Famoo Hub & IT
Organize priorities meetings.
Suggest priorities based on global vision and technical background.
Follow up the status of all client’s requests during dedicated meetings.
Organize PCM meetings.
Communicate projects status to client.
Depending on his/her experience, seniority and skills in bank activities, its jobs and/or functions and depending on his/her judgment capability, he/she will be responsible of one, various, or all the activities described in the definition.
Knowledge and skills required
Global knowledge of all BP2S FA related systems to allow an accurate analyse / definition of potential solutions to change requests.
Handle common M*S Office files / programs.
A deeper knowledge of Excel & Access is ideal.
English / French, for documentation, meetings & calls
