In the context of CIB HR transformation and fast growing mode, a PMO team needs to be created in order to assist the Head of HR and the Lisbon HR management team, mainly in various Compensation & Benefits projects but also around Policies, Procedures and Permanent control.
 
The Lisbon HR PMO will also gradually take full responsibility of the Compensation process after a suitable handover with the current Reward manager (who will soon take other responsibilities).
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Lisbon HR PMO (Comp & Ben, Policies & Procedures) will cover the following responsibilities:
 
  1. Compensation & Benefits Projects
    1. Benefits harmonisation
    2. Flex benefits
    3. Job evaluation
    4. Benchmarking and salary surveys with local providers for Lisbon based staff
    5. Employee handbook
    6. Lisbon HR Intranet web pages
 
  1. Yearly Compensation process (CRP)
    1. Manage the yearly compensation process in liaison with the current head of Reward in order to become rapidly autonomous
    2. Preparation of the databases
    3. Preparation of the salary pool to be validated by HO management and allocation to the various groups once validated
    4. Administration of the process
    5. Review, analysis of the managers’ proposals according to a set of criteria (link with performance…)
  
  1. Update and maintenance of HR Policies and Procedures
 
  1. Point of contact and liaison with Finance for all HR Accounting matters and issues
 
 
Key Contributions to:
  1. Dashboard and KPI’s
    1. Develop an HR dashboard with key KPI’s relating to the CIB Portugal
 
  1. Operational Control, Policies & Procedures
    1. Implementation of the Group HR Control Plan within the various HR activity of HR in Lisbon under our direct supervision
    2. Ensure second level of controls and reporting to CIB HR(s) on a regular basis
    3. Maintain the Forecast database (declaration of incidents)
 
  1. HR Budget Process and Follow-up
    1. Assist the Head of HR for budget preparation of the HR teams and monthly follow-up
    2. Liaise with Finance when needed
    3. Follow-up of invoices to onshore centres
    4. When SLA are needed, validate them and  ensure follow-up of requested KPI’s

SKILLS

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for this role
  • Excellent project management skills, multi-tasking, by preference in the HR field is mandatory
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) package advanced level
  • Ability to think strategically and step back to take perspective, especially in the HR function, is a strong plus
  • Strong presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Very good analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills
  • Rigor and reliability
  • Ability to independently coordinate and interact with senior management
  • Excellent work ethic and strong Culture fit with HR (collaborative spirit, interest in people issues, sense of confidentiality)
