Project, Budget Management and Governance:

-  Set up project Management processes. Monitor and ensure that projects comply with the governance framework.

-  Supports the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the project, escalating problems appropriately.

-  Set up SharePoint and manage, control documents and deliverables centrally.

-  Weekly reports on overall progress of the program. Analysis and escalations to senior management on risks, issues, status, critical areas of the program.

-  Responsible to coordinate with all ITIP functions and ensure to develop Project Management culture.

-  Responsible for reporting monthly health monitoring with regards to different risks pertaining to ITIP functions.

-  Responsible to follow up and closing on all risk item identified by different Audit(s) under any internal and external audits.

-  Participate and represent ITIP in different transition meetings to understand IT Infrastructure requirements and risks associated with them.

-  Act as an ITIP ambassador to participate in meeting with different functions across Indian Territory and ensure mapping of user(s) requirements / issues and escalate to management levels.

-  Prepares IT Steering Committee and other weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings.

-  Regularly reconcile of the budget figures and make status available to management.

-  Help Management Team to prepare Budget Plan.

-  Define and maintain up to date procedure document for budget utilization.

-  Dashboard and MIS management for Budget utilization.

-  Be SPOC person for all Inspection, Audit and Regulatory related activities.

-  Comply with the Banks internal policy and regulation.


Technical knowledge & Skills:

-  Strong knowledge of Project Management and IT Governance Activity.

-  Experience in IT Management Control, IT Budget, Project Management, Capacity Planning, IT Audits, Reporting and Producing Dashboard.

-  Excellent teamwork and client service skills.

-  Clear, concise and professional written communication skills.

-  Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups and/or boards and employees.

-  Write reports, correspondence, and other required documentation.

-  Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

-  Self-dependent, creative, proactive, fast learner, strict and good sense of organization.

Education Background:

-  B.COM, BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree.

-  Independent, analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated.

-  Excellent teamwork and client service skills.

Preferred Industry/Domain Experience:

-  5 to 8 years of experience in PMO and Governance Domain

-  PMP Certified Preferred

-  Banking Background Preferred
