The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.


For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:


Junior Reconciliation Specialist with French
Reconciliation Team ensures regular comparison of Client’s positions on funds. The role of Reconciliation Team refers also to identify any discrepancies and out of balance conditions supported by various reconciliation applications and follow-up on revealed differences until final resolution. Team is cooperating daily with internal and external parties such as other BP2S Teams.
  • Trailer fees calculation and reconciliation based on agreements within deadlines
  • Reconciliation of distributors positions based on Custodian statements
  • Conduct root cause analysis in order to solve all discrepancies
  • Responding to any query from internal or external Clients in relation to the activity and accordingly to operational procedures
  • Creating opportunities to improve the overall process of reconciliation
  • Close cooperation with BNP Paribas Headquarter in Paris

  • Advanced French and English language
  • Attention to details and analytical skills
  • Ability to co-operate in team and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • University degree or 5th year student (economy, banking, finance, accounting, managerial studies preferred)
  • First experience in Fund Industry will be an asset
  • New graduates are welcome
