Internal Communications Manager, Southeast Asia

Role Overview
  • The role requires an individual who can drive a dynamic and innovative internal communications strategy
  • Focused on delivering timely news and key communications to staff across all businesses and countries across a suite of platforms.
  • The incumbent needs to provide branding and communications strategy and execution across six countries in which the Bank operates in SEA.
  • Close co-operation with Brand & Communications team members across a variety of projects is required. 

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Approx. 12 years’ experience in the financial services/investment banking industry or professional services
  • Keen interest in and understanding of the financial services industry and financial communications, ideally in an international, multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with internal communications channels and best practices; experience of integrated corporate communications
  • Ability to proactively seek out opportunities to create content internally
  • Mature, team player, able to build effective working relationships across all levels in the global organisation
  • Strong emphasis on self-reliance, confidence and commitment to delivering for the team and stakeholders
  • Initiative and proactivity are essential to perform the role.
