BRAND AND COMMUNICATION
- The role requires an individual who can drive a dynamic and innovative internal communications strategy
- Focused on delivering timely news and key communications to staff across all businesses and countries across a suite of platforms.
- The incumbent needs to provide branding and communications strategy and execution across six countries in which the Bank operates in SEA.
- Close co-operation with Brand & Communications team members across a variety of projects is required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Approx. 12 years’ experience in the financial services/investment banking industry or professional services
Keen interest in and understanding of the financial services industry and financial communications, ideally in an international, multicultural environment
Familiarity with internal communications channels and best practices; experience of integrated corporate communications
Ability to proactively seek out opportunities to create content internally
Mature, team player, able to build effective working relationships across all levels in the global organisation
Strong emphasis on self-reliance, confidence and commitment to delivering for the team and stakeholders
Initiative and proactivity are essential to perform the role.
