The HR Communications & Digital Officer main task will be supporting the communications sites on SharePoint, which address a number of transversal culture and change topics (like, Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement).

Also, will be involved in the coordination and update of the sections within the HR Department SharePoint, namely contribute with the latest information, news and events, exchanging with the HR network and page owners as needed and assisting page contributors.


Project Mode

• Support new projects to design and implement SharePoint sites and participate in review projects to upgrade existing ones. The activities will include:

o Project support to collect new and update existing collateral, interfacing with the various stakeholders and sponsors as well as the project teams based in London and Paris

o Participation in any design and test workgroups, notably for specification requirements and user testing phases

o Contribution to the definition of site and content management processes for maintenance and update in BaU/post project

Business as Usual Support

• The production activities will include:

o The implementation of the site and content management process

o Leading and managing annual content review cycles, liaising with the relevant stakeholders and sponsors

o Supporting requests for new SharePoint and assisting in their construction and / or pages

o Acting as a SharePoint support / point of contact for contributors & HR end users


• Previous experience or solid knowledge in Digital Media

• Previous experience in Change Management / Project Management

• Fluent in English is mandatory; French is recommended

• Very good communications skills
