The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.



Main activities include support of communication sites on SharePoint, which address a number of transversal culture and change topics including:

  • Transformation (The CIB People Change Programme)
  • Diversity & Inclusion (Diversity Council & employee network pages, All Abroad, Pride France, among others)
  • Employee Engagement (Engage for Change, Global People Survey Toolkit)

Project Mode

Support new projects to design and implement SharePoint sites and participate in review projects to upgrade existing sites. The activities will include:

  • Project support to collect new and update existing collateral, interfacing with the various stakeholders and sponsors as well as the project teams based in London and Paris
  • Participation in any design and test workgroups, notably for specification requirements and user testing phases
  • Contribution to the definition of site and content management processes for maintenance and update in BaU/post project

BaU Support

The production activities include:

  • The implementation of the site and content management process (as described above)
  • Leading and managing annual content review cycles, liaising with the relevant stakeholders and sponsors
  • Supporting requests for new Sharepoint, and assisting in their construction and / or pages (esp. for HR teams without existing Sharepoint resource/expertise)
  • Acting as a Sharepoint support / point of contact for contributors & HR end users

The HR Communication & Digital Officer will also be involved in the coordination and update of the sections within the HR4HR SharePoint to contribute latest information, news and events, exchanging with the HR network and page owners as needed and assisting page contributors.

Ensuring links with the Social & Collaborative Business Place communities could be an added activity, going forward.

This role works closely with all of the HR Projects and Communications team members based in Paris who are already involved and /or responsible for some of these topics.
