About the role
In this exciting role you will be responsible for both the day to day management of Data Protection and the implementation of the GDPR global framework for managing Data Quality and Integrity to ensure Arval is compliant at both Local and Group levels.
You will implement controls to ensure the Framework functions correctly and will own the delivery of detailed analysis and reporting of HR metrics and Reward data and will be a key contributor to the value chain for Sales, Service Delivery and a partner to key stakeholders in Legal, Risk and IT.

To be successful in this role you will need a number of key skills and traits. These include the ability to build long lasting relationships up to senior stakeholder level as well as possessing superb communication skills so that you can deftly communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely. In addition you will need finely tuned influencing skills and be experienced working to tight deadlines and effective in planning and prioritising when under pressure.
It is expected that you will have excellent Microsoft Office skills that include Excel at Advanced and Word & PowerPoint at Intermediate levels and you will need to evidence strong analytical skills and have sound experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information.
