Provide Application Support for CLM Applications

  • To provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • To be the first point-of-contact and handle Level 1/2.
  • Meet the objectives set by Reporting Manager (Onshore and offshore) so as to meet organization goals
  • To provide user requests/incidents follow-up until their resolution.
  • To prioritize your workload in a continually fast-moving environment whilst managing conflicting requests and keeping within deadline.
  • Monitor the applications (middleware layers, database, scheduled tasks)
  • Automate and schedule applicative production and recurrent tasks
  • Study application evolutions with the development and business analysis teams
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Understanding the technical architecture (scalability, reliability) with the Infrastructure team
  • Work in Shifts, provide holiday and weekend coverage


The candidate is required to have understanding of Oracle/Unix/ MS SQL / Windows.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field / MCA

  • SQL
  • PL/SQL (Oracle)
  • Unix
  • Comfortable to work in shifts (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM) or (01:00 PM – 09:30 PM) – Subject to change
  • Comfortable in providing Holiday and weekend coverage
  • Very good communication skills including excellent English
  • Ability to operate with limited support & supervision
