For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:

 
Global Data Analyst in Investment Compliance
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Analysing fund documentation and establishing new funds static data in internal  databases
  • Controlling data integration in internal databases
  • Supporting database users for investment compliance data quality related queries
  • Completing performance reports for senior management
  • Participating in international projects connected with development and efficiency of  systems
  • Implementing & maintaining new operational tools (including user trainings)
  • Contacting and cooperating with global Depositary & Fiduciary Services teams

Requirements:

We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as new graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates’ professional experience.

 
  • University degree or a student with basic financial knowledge
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and either French/German/Italian language will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn and develop
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical skills and fluency with Information Technology will be an advantage (VBA, SQL, Business Objects)
