Roles & Responsibilities

Design & implement

  • Design the FA Training structure (Training plan) in collaboration with local management & FAMOO Hub Training
  • Implement the training structure in Chennai FA : in regards of the training strategy (which has been define and validate by Head of FA, FA managers and FAMOO HUB Training.

Gathering

  • Gathering training needs and analyse it
  • Learn/analyse the training needs and manage the priorities
  • Develop & Manage the Training plan in regards of priorities and level of experience in FA department

Ensure

  • Plan the training sessions in cooperation with the players involved (FA Operations/ Training Centre or RH/ FAMOO Hub)
  • Communicate of planning of training sessions
  • Update the FA Technical training plan in line with the training needs (and maybe include some adjustments in regards of operational incidents)

Ensure Quality

  • Create & Review the training material in cooperation with the FAMOO Hub Training (in order to maintain the harmonization of the documents)
  • Ensure that training materials are in line with procedures
  • Prepare the training session (exercises, presentation, example, etc

Maintain & Quality

  • Follow the registration
  • Ensure that the define trainees take part to the training) => if not => inform the management.
  • Submit evaluation grid in order to measure the satisfaction level and adapt

Deliver & assume

  • Administrative tasks
  • Room reservation, prepare the training room
  • Send plan to trainees and follow registration
  • Deliver statistics to Management & FAMOO Hub
  • Prepare the training support
  • Act as a trainer
  • Prepare training session (exercises
  • If you have to put in place a specific training in collaboration of other trainer or instructor :
  • Identify instructor
  • Plan & coordinate the training sessions with instructors
  • Help instructor to deliver training
  • Review the training support

Draw up

  • Draw up a monthly report of the main activities
  • Deliver some statistics (list of training session, number of participants

Knowledge and skills required

  • Manage the training plan and ensure the quality of training plan
  • Develop the competencies and adaptability within FA Chennai BP2s
  • Take part of the organization improvements and
  • Identify number of days training required for the job
  • Follow the absence rate
  • Reporting (number of days training)
