For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
 
FDS Business Implementation Officer
 
  
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Participation in any new business implementation project which affect FDS Warsaw operations by:
    • Analysing new projects impact for Warsaw FDS
    • Reporting spotted gaps to Operations, FDS Engineering, FDS Management
    • Collecting the needs
    • Proposing solutions
  • Active support FDS teams and ensure all new clients and project implementations are well understood and acknowledged by them
  • Active participation in Spokes and local Business Implementation governance 
  • Build strong relationship with Engineering, FDS operational teams, Spokes, FDS Management  to achieve Business Implementation  function’s objectives
  • Participation and contribute actively to regular SLAs, SLDs, Ops memos reviews
  • Participation in product and process development

Requirements:
 
  • Experience within Fund Dealing Services department
  • Minimum BA degree (Finance, Economics, Law)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong time management and organizational habits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment
  • Client focus oriented approach
  • Ability to co-operate with different departments
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical skills
