For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:

Deputy Team Leader in PERE Registry and Quality Control Paris
Besides performing the daily BaU, the Deputy Team Leader will be responsible for:
  • Providing leadership to the TA and Registry French teams in Warsaw
  • Participating and support in the creation of PE&RE TA and Registry activities in Warsaw for France
  • Supporting Manager in allocating tasks, settings objectives, developing and motivating team members
  • Keeping Manager in Warsaw updated about the relevant matters concerning the teams and process, escalating the issues to them whenever needed
  • Co-lead team meetings
  • Dealing with any unexpected issues such as system failure, client error etc.
  • Dealing with additional client’s request (ad hoc & projects, such as new client’s migration, new fund’s opening etc.)
  • Overseeing the final quality and checking the correctness of team members work during:
    • Management of Private Equity and Real Estate Accounts
    • Monitoring and preparation of client operations (drawdowns, cash calls, subscriptions, distributions etc)
    • Investigation of discrepancies
    • Clients funds update


  •  Monitoring service quality and volume
  • Publish and monitor of KPIs and KRIs
  • Supporting the coverage teams in introducing activity to prospects
  • Maintain long term relationship with internal and external clients
  • Foster innovation and efficiency
  • Monitoring and managing the team’s overtime
  • Planning the team’s trainings and reviewing the team skills matrix on a regular basis
  • Developing the team members, support in conducting yearly and semi-annually appraisals, recruitments

  • Knowledge of Transfer Agent and Registry activities (for TA desk)
  • In-depth knowledge of Investment Fund Industry, Private Equity, Real Estate and Securities Services Market is a must
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or similar is necessary
  • Fluency French and English as working language
  • Proven track record of work in Securities Services– minimum 6 months of experience
  • Knowledge of accounting application eFront  will be much appreciated, good command of Excel is a must
  • Attention to detail, accuracy & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
