The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Deputy Team Leader in Securities Pricing MFFA Team
Main tasks:
  • Supporting Team and Team Leader in daily operational tasks,
  • Work with Team Leader to maximize team performance
  • Effective daily supervision of team's work
  • Help organize & achieve team and department goals, incentives and priorities as per management decision.
  • Being point of contact for operational queries, dealing with issues and assisting with escalations which have been referred to the Team Leader
  • Active participation in BAU and team .
  • Maintaining expert level of technical knowledge appropriate to support Team Leader and senior management in effective judgment in decision making
  • Supporting planning and monitoring daily process in the team
  • Ensuring high quality of process and reporting team effectiveness.
  • Ensuring Detailed Explanation of  procedural Issues and Breaches.
  • Participation in service review calls with other departments and spoke locations
  • Supporting Team Leader in monitoring KPI’s and Team Requirement.
  • Capable of performing multiple job in one time and handling multiple client locations as per process requirement.
  • Supporting Team Leader in monitoring procedures updates
  • Actively promoting innovative ideas and suggesting quality improvements
  • Supervise and evolve necessary controls and procedures so that operational risk is mitigated
  • Supporting recruitment process and annual appraisals of team members
  • Providing support for new comers during training and to adapt the BP2S environment whenever necessary
  • Developing good rapport with related business partners.


Skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities Services industry and a minimum 6 months in Securities Data Administration
  • Knowledge of Investment, Fund Industry and Securities Market
  • Good understanding of Securities Pricing business
  • Client focused - able to build productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High productivity and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment and motivation
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as co-operatively with others
