For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Deputy Team Leader in
FDS Corporate Actions
Main tasks:
  • Effective daily supervision of team's work
  • Supporting team in daily operational tasks
  • Active participation in BAU
  • Planning and monitoring work in the team
  • Setting priorities in line with customers' expectations
  • Ensuring a high quality of the operations
  • Dealing with issues and assisting with escalations which have been referred to the Team Leader
  • Reporting team effectiveness
  • Increasing team effectiveness and quality
  • Driving/participating in conference calls with other departments and spoke locations
  • Preparing KPIs and KRIs
  • Ensuring that operational procedures are being updated on regular basis
  • Supporting recruitment process of team members
  • Supporting yearly appraisals process with employees
  • Providing support for new comers to adapt the BP2S environment

Skills required:
  • Deep knowledge about FDS Corporate Actions activity
  • Good understanding of FDS business
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FDS business or minimum 2 years in investment fund industry
  • Client focused- able to build productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High productivity and precision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
