CRM Data Analyst

The company is undergoing a major change initiative within the UK and has implemented a Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. The CRM and related strategy will support growth in revenue and the ability to cross-sell across our business lines. The role is for a Data Quality Analyst who has experience of carrying out a similar role(s) involving the day to day data management ideally in a CRM environment and has very good data analytic and client facing skills. A real estate/property background would be beneficial but not essential although a good understanding of the business benefits of CRM is. 

Key deliverables and responsibilities 
  • Overall responsibility of the quality of data in CRM and backend systems 
  • Master data management 
  • Frequent validation, refreshing and cleansing of information using a variety of data sources 
  • Monitor data quality and governance 
  • Produce KPIs and Metrics on the data we use in CRM and where it is efficient 
  • Propose action plans to improve data 
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards for the business 
  • Identify areas for data enrichment 
  • Align data metrics with corporate information strategy 
  • Manage data dictionary 
  • Maintain data governance policies 
  • Maintain business rules on data 
  • Operational support and training to the business 
  • Manage reference data 
  • Contribute to BNP Paribas Real Estate projects
  • Responsible for managing routine processes and procedures
Qualities and Experience 
  • An experienced data quality analyst who has worked with MS Dynamics CRM 
  • Experience of cleansing, mastering and enriching corporate data 
  • Effectively communicating with business users at all levels 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively 
  • Analytical ability 
  • Accurate reporting 
  • Knowledge of organisational behaviour and assist in management of change in data
Systems and Process 
  • Advanced in MS Excel 
  • Has worked with a CRM 
  • Can identify improvements to information captured by the business
