In the context of the Global Market Organization, and of BNPP client-centric strategy, the Trading and Sales Assistants team aims to accompany the continuous enhancement of the quality of services provided to our clients, notably post-trade services. The team is reporting to COO. It is its role and responsibility to support the Front-Office (Trading and Sales teams) in their daily tasks (pre-trade to post-trade processes), in the most timely and efficient manner. The Trading and Sales Assistants team is the key contact for external clients but also with other BNPP functions.
Working with the Trading and Sales teams, you will take part in:
  • Booking trades and events in FO books;
  • Handling of novations;
  • Monitoring daily activity (trades, events, market data…)
  • Acting as contact point for Operational Departments within BNPP;
  • Onboarding new clients/prospects and client data maintenance; etc.

  • Degree in a Business School, with a  strong interest and some knowledge of financial markets
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish or German is a plus
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Rigorous, autonomous and good interpersonal skills
  • Available for a training period abroad (3 months – mandatory)
  • Available to start in October 2016
