Business Overview:
Corporate Transaction Management (TM) provides situational banker support, complex transaction management, and specialized sector knowledge for corporate banking activities.
The candidate will report to the Corporate Transaction Management – Head of Transversal Support and his/her main responsibilities will cover the following:
  • Perform financial analysis, including analyzing financial statements and utilizing Moodys, Platts and other external sources, to establish internal credit limits for counterparties of our clients
  • Maintain database of all our client’s counterparties and their established limits
  • Review parent guarantees and credit insurance covering counterparty transactions
  • Review and re-perform calculations of keys financial covenants to ensure that borrowers are adherence to the credit agreements
  • Monitor past-due and exception items and escalate to management and provide resolution status
  • Support the coordination and implementation of transversal Corporate Platform initiatives.
  • Provide support for non-standard deal structuring by working with Finance, ALM, Operations and other departments to establish operational processes or accounting treatments 
  • Keep updated knowledge on accounting and regulatory requirements and standards

  • Experience in relevant skills
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • Good knowledge of the financial/banking industry
  • Knowledge of credit agreements and financial ratios
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to express technical and business concepts orally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
  • Ability to coordinate and work with Senior Management
