Hello bank! an international initiative of the group BNP Paribas, is the first mobile bank in Belgium and Europe: “Mobile, just like you”. We are the bank of the mobile generation, launched in the 4 domestic markets: Belgium, Germany, France and Italy.
Your future job :
- Become the manager of The Blue Room, our community platform.
- You will be responsible for the strategy and evolutions of the platform.
- You will engage in conversation and ensure traffic towards the platform through campaigns and content,…
- Manage the day-to-day conversation on our Social Media channels
- You will review the copywriting for FR content and will help for special campaigns.
- You will publish the content via a content planning tool or via the Social Networks themselves
- You will be involved in the creation of Social Media activation campaigns.
- Ensure the monitoring, reporting and evaluation:
- You will make sure reporting are available on our actions
- You will evaluate and come up with lessons learned and proposal for future actions
- You will collaborate with other teams and other departments within Hb! and BNPP Fortis for the realization of your job
- When needed you will work with external agencies for copy, visuals, creations,…
Highlight your strengths !
- You hold a master degree in communication and or marketing, or equal through experience.
- You are passionate about social media and have strong social skills
- You have a sound knowledge and understanding of banking activity
- You can demonstrate track records of 3- 5 years experience in Conversation and/or Community Management.
- Language knowledge: you speak fluent French but can also ensure basic conversation management in Dutch or English
- You have excellent writing skills
- You’re definitely a team player but you can also work autonomously
- You’re stress resistant and able to prioritize well
- A taste for creativity and innovation is highly appreciated
