Client Development Support Officer

The Client Development Support Officer will assist the client Development Team in administration activities. 


Main tasks:

- To be responsible/administrator for the clients database (called “Cerise”)  

- To fill in the documents when there is a new opening account and to send them to the Finance team

- To update the list of client and prospect contacts (e.g. to send invitations for the client events)  

- To prepare the “Know Your Customer” documents (compliance related documents)  

- To update the Client Relation Management tool  

- To help prepare the client reviews  

- To help the RM/Sales to write the memos after a client visit  

- To manage all the administrative process related to the follow up of a client (e.g. contracts) 

- To follow up of the unpaid invoices  

- To help escalate key issues to senior staff 

- To be in charge of the management of the vaults 

- Other: scanning, sorting, dealing with phone queries, MiFID letters follow-up, Fatca self-certification follow up, assisting the team in meetings and events,… 


Qualifications :

- Experience in the financial sector 

- Languages: English (mandatory) French and Dutch 

- Softs skills: team spirit, very good organisation, rigorous, autonomous, sociable, client focused, good written communication, …  

- Very good knowledge of office Tools
