CIB Digital – Analyst PMO (m/f)
Standard / Permanent
BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) is a leading European investment bank. We are part of the BNP Paribas Group, a financial institution with solid foundations and a proven ability to adapt to change. BNP Paribas CIB, with nearly 28,000 employees in over 50 countries, can offer you an exciting and truly global start to your career, a career where you, your ideas and your development matter.
CIB Digital is the central CIB initiative set up to facilitate and accelerate the digital transformation of CIB.
This initiative will allow CIB to drive the digital re-evolution of the business and turn BNP Paribas CIB into a leading digital player for our clients in line with their new ways of working. It will also enable CIB to hold differentiating positions on selected products or client. CIB Digital teams work hand-in-hand with their peers within IT.
CIB Digital is part of CIB Change Management.
The CIB Digital Transformation team contains 2 pillars:
Digital Bank for Clients (DB4C): the aim of DB4C is to articulate the business ambition of CIB with clients through digital channels as an integral part of our business strategy and ensure that our digital offering is further developed to support that business ambition. The plan will build on our already solid assets – Centric and its App store (Connexis Cash, Cortex Deposit, Cortex FX and many more), Smart Derivatives and Neolink to name a few – and will look to improve our offering, integrate it into customer-designed environments and develop new customer journeys, based on the effective expectations of our users.
Digital Bank for Employees (DB4E): the aim of DB4E is to deliver digital services for our 30,000 employees in order to improve effectiveness through “apps” that allow them to work together anywhere in a flexible and agile way. The DB4E contains 2 building blocks Digital working (e.g. tablets, new workspace, and flex office) and Business Workspace (e.g. improved CRM, apps, improved user experience).
The DB4C and DB4E programs shall coordinate effectively as ultimately the CIB Digital Transformation will be successful if both clients – or more precisely the people we deal with at clients - and employees experience the benefits concomitantly.
To drive the digital transformation efficiently and to ensure the full alignment of the DB4C and DB4E programs, it has been decided that they will share their project management office which will include a Lead PMO in Paris and an Analyst PMO in Lisbon.
The Lead PMO and Analyst PMO shall manage the governance of the DB4C and DB4E programs; and the budget for the whole CIB Digital teams (i.e. the DB4C, DB4E, New Ways of Working, Fintech Research, Digital Office teams).
