JOB  DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE:
Provide functional support to Calypso Global clients implemented for BNPP CIB organization for Fixed Income and Treasury products. Traders, sales, settlement users & multiple downstream applications are listed as our clients in BNPP Calypso implementation. We require a dynamic & talented application engineer, who can work for Calypso clients on their functional business issues/incidents, communicate and co-ordinate with development, testing, environment & release management and Calypso application team.
JOB TITLE:

REPORTS TO:
Team Lead
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
As Support analyst, primary responsibility is functional level investigation of the batch. Finding bug which could hamper the business functionality and escalating this to appropriate team to fix. She/he should be working closely with the fixed income trading business users and acting as a positive resource to the review all trading activity which fulfills the Middle & Back office trade processing and settlement. She/he should be flexible enough to support business users.
QUALIFICATION:
B.E./B.Tech in any stream/MCA
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT/KNOWLEDGE:
  • 3 – 5 year of experience in Calypso application support OR should have more than 4 years of experience in Fixed Income/Equities/Financial industry.
  • Should have good knowledge in various FI products.
  • Should have good knowledge in Oracle database. She/he should be able to write simple and complex SQL queries.
  • Hands of experience in Unix (in any flavor) is preferable.
SOFT SKILL :
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible to work in shifts to cover European hours and in odd hours whenever required.
  • Good Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team Player.
