Budget and Cost Control: Oversee and handle the budget process for Transversal IT function. Reconcile the budget/actuals with Transversal Managers and support function like Project Office, Finance and Performance Management teams.
Assist Transversal Managers and PMO in Budget/Cost management.
Resource Administration: Oversee and monitor the resources joiners/leaver and transfers within the departments. Reconcile the HC’s with the Project Office, HR/Vendor Management teams.
T&E and Capex Administration: Oversee and monitor the Budget vs Actuals.
Coordinator: Act as a coordinator between Transversal teams and for multiple support functions within ISPL
Drive a proper Governance framework to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered at all levels.
Prepare and maintain MIS/dashboards for effective decision making used by Senior Management.
Develop standard templates for Dashboards and metrics reporting.
MIS reporting as required using Business Objects, Excel & PowerPoint.
Reconciliation and consolidation of Transversal data with respect to data received from Support functions at ISPL.
Archive and retain project records, historical information, documents in order to retain organization knowledge, comply with statutory requirements and ensure availability of data for potential use in future projects and internal/external audits.
University degree in relevant discipline (Business Administration, Finance, etc.) or significant relevant experience.
At-least 8 years of professional experience.
General Finance and accounting knowledge.
Excellent skills in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio), Advanced excel and Macros will be an advantage.

Proven success in management, monitoring and controlling of sensitive data with high complexities. Organized and eye for details.
Very good analytical and conceptual abilities.
