The London team is looking for a Project Manager to be initially responsible for the day to day project management of their high-end residential scheme in central London. The role will also involve supporting the Development Director in the review of new sites, acquisition due diligence, design, procurement and delivery.
The role will report to the UK Development Director and be instrumental in the businesses plans. The role will have the opportunity to build a technical and Project Management department as the business grows in the UK.
The successful individual may be working in consultancy or maybe involved in contracting or have made the move to the client side. However the successful individual will be able to demonstrate a self-starter profile able to work in collaboration with a high level team adding value to the development process.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of the company's construction projects on time, within budget and to required performance and quality standards. The Project Manager will take the lead on all technical design and construction matters from pre-acquisition through to project completion.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate strong project management experience preferably within both the commercial and residential spheres and an ability to run multi-million pound projects in city centres. You will have a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, Project Management or other related degree. You will be professionally qualified and have a working knowledge of project and construction management, measurement & specification, tendering and contract management.
