Position Purpose


Manage Project/Transversal task for Regional Finance Reporting



Direct Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong project governance management across the end to end process pipeline to ensure project deployment.

Participate in the upgrades of respective reporting tools, as well as system enhancements required to facilitate new/modified accounting standard on reporting requirement. Assist in user acceptance testing and trouble-shooting after deployment.

Assist in implementing various changes of accounting schemas with the system (IFRS & FG GAAP)

Able to work closely with Regulatory Resources management, Credit Risk team and IT dept. to deliver quality data and analysis for financial reporting and ad hoc requests.

Participate in steamline processes & Data quality issue through review of workflow and procedures, as well as prepare and update accounting procedures and manuals.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Adequate knowledge on accounting treatment(especially on financial instruments)

Knowledge on front to back operation process  would be an advantage

Proven ability in project delivery

Proficiency in the use of MS Excel (advance level e.g. VBA), Word and Powerpoint

Good command of written and spoken English

Specific Qualifications (if required)


At least have 5+ years of relevant experience in Project management/ Financial Reporting in Financial Institution

Ability to work in an organized way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data and meeting deadlines. 

Excellent coordination, communication, documentation and presentation skills

Capacity to think creatively and laterally and excellent analytical skill

CPA preferred, but not mandatory
