About the role   
This is an incredibly busy post that plays a vital part in ensuring that our Accident & Management operation runs smoothly. In this role you will you provide back office support to both internal and external customers whilst demonstrating flexibility and a real desire to improve the customer experience by providing excellent service. This will include responding to emails and ensuring all driver documents are in order and available. You will also need to be a team player and have excellent communications skills as you will be supporting the in-house engineers and liaising with a variety of external groups such as insurance companies and our network of approved repairers. People will also be contacting you for support and guidance and all work will need to be carried out within agreed time scales. There will be a daily requirement for you to prioritise your workload and then adapt as new work comes in.


About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role gained within an insurance or broker firm that has required that mix of task and customer service duties. Good organisational, planning and communication skills and the ability to be adaptable are a must. Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are pampered to blushing point. You will need to have excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint and have the ability to analyse data and produce high quality and accurate management information.
