About the role
In this role you will manage the vehicle downtime following damage to our vehicles sustained from road traffic accidents or other causes. You will take inbound calls and make calls to our customers to ensure they are regularly updated on the progress of their car whilst it is off the road and that they are receiving the highest level of customer service in an empathetic way. In addition you will liaise with in-house engineers, our approved repair network and insurance companies so that our customers can be updated and that the work is carried out to agreed time scales and standards.

We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with proven experience gained in either Accident Management or as a Claims Handler ideally. Either way you will have the necessary experience of looking after customers and be confident with handling claims that arise. We need someone who can exceed customer expectations, both internally and externally. You will have a helpful and adaptable approach and be able to manage a high volume workload on an on-going basis. All this whilst ensuring the customer is prioritised.
