OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY TRANSFORMATION AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS

BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon, part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group’s financial management.
Within Group Finance Services, “Finance Solutions & Services” (FSS) is responsible for evolutions and maintenance of Group financial systems.
The Referential administration team is in charge of the maintenance and administration of selected Group referentials.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Referential officer in the Referential Administration team, your responsibilities are to:
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers (BNPP Businesses)
- Ensure end user support (Back Office, Finance team…) and resolve production and accesses issues
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers
- Main correspondents: BNPP Group Finance, BNPP Business, Compliance department, Risks & Norms and Legal
· Professional experience in Referential administration (clients, cost centers, …)
· Strong knowledge of information systems
· Availability and customer orientation skills
· Language: English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate), Knowledge of French (A2)
· Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills
- Excellent attention to details, Rigour & Accuracy
· Strong communication skills (both orally and writing)
· Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
· Team spirit and at ease with multi-tasking ;
