We are currently seeking qualified, motivated talent to be responsible for the planning, GAP analysis and implementing of Policy Alignment and Strategic initiatives of the Business Unit Liaises with the various policy administrators on an ongoing basis.
 
This role:
 
  1. Evaluates data gathered from multiple source, reconciles differences, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to understand, and distinguishes optional user requests from what is required.  Ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements are employed.
  2. Responsible for providing information and analysis to assist in overall assessment of policies within business unit/departments.  Determines and documents requirements; provides/receives information and analysis from various business partners; and participates and support projects, programs and initiatives that have strategic impact. 
  3. Responsible for effective communication to all users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation.  Responsible for ensuring that project's dependencies are clearly defined and appropriately communicated in terms of time required to complete.
  4. Responsible for relaying information to the  team in easily understood terms for both technology and business.
  5. Liaise with the business, on an ongoing basis. Responsible for effective communication to all business partners and users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation.
  6. Evaluate data gathered from multiple servicing and other source systems reconcile differences, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to understand and distinguish optional user requests from what is required.
  7. Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
  8. Advises and leads in the planning and implementation of projects and strategic initiatives for the business unit/department.
  9. Evaluates data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements are employed.
  10. Liaison with policy owners and policy administrators on an ongoing basis. Acts as the "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) and provides business knowledge as needed.
  11. Identifies, integrates, and manages required internal and external resources to provide business solutions for groups most complex business issues, while able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Develops and implements detailed project plan.
  12. Will form part of a team and will be expected to interact with the team on a daily basis.
  13. Will report to a manager in the business line. 
  14. Initiates the design and implementation of the operational and technical aspects of the alignment plans and develops and supports requests to meet goals through discussion with project stakeholders.
  15. Evaluates and provides written and verbal updates on status.
  16. Provides back-office training and support on application on usage and functionality.
  17. Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  18. Works independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
  19. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in process mapping / process flows / process modeling required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, business requirements and methodology documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in representing complex issues based on comprehensive analysis in a holistic and understandable manner
  •  Prior experience working with large implementation projects.
  •  Must have solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results.
  •  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
