Position Summary

Responsible for reviewing, preparing, and mailing titling documents on paid off consumer loans/leases to the customer, 3rd party or other financial institution. Researches and resolves moderately complex expedited requests or escalated issues.


Position Accountabilities

  • Prepares documents for lien release ensuring that the documents satisfy Bank's internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensures that the documents are prepared and executed in a timely manner to be in compliance with regulatory or state laws.
  • Follows up with internal and external clients for outstanding items or to ensure documents are properly filed or recorded.
  • Mails documents to the appropriate buyer.
  • Updates and/or follows up on tickler, exception or missing items.
  • Escalates complex problems to the appropriate team members or supervisor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Education or Equivalent Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Required


Required Experience

  • Years of functional/professional experience: 0 - 1 years in a similar function and/or environment


Field of Experience

  • Previous banking or related field experience
  • Meets all the requirements of the jobs for which back-up or lead role will be provided

Good knowledge of the products, policies and processes that related to unit assigned
