The role
To support BNP Paribas Real Estate with the successful delivery of The Crown Estate Soft Landing Programme as defined in the Soft Landings Roles and Responsibilities Manual (copy attached).
To represent TCE and BNPPRE in the coordination of Soft Landings activities during and post the client developments, refurbishment projects and tenant fit-out’s. This is to obtain and coordinate with the development project team delivery of design outputs. Further Soft Landings activities extend to coordination of handover activities and preparation of Soft Landings documentation with the operational BNPPRE team.
Key deliverables
  •  Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants
  • Manage site based staff, ensuring all people related policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with internal colleagues in Property Management, support functions and the wider Real Estate business
  • Monitor works conducted/service provided by suppliers
  • Work effectively with a range of specialist consultants to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Develop, agree and manage capital replacement programmes
  • Prepare management reports for a variety of stakeholders and attend/chair management meetings as required
  • Undertake regular building inspections, complete reports and initiate/progress any required works
  • May have budget and cost control responsibilities

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of commercial landlord and tenant relationship
  • Good health and safety and environmental knowledge
  • Good mechanical and electrical services knowledge
  • Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken
  • IT literate – MS Office at intermediate level
