These are exciting times for our HR department and as we go through a period of development and change we need an extra pair of hands to help us as some of the team move to support projects for the next 12 months.
This role will see you carry out a range of duties supporting our existing HR team and in essence will see you taking responsibility for your own portfolio of ER caseloads where you will advise, support and coach line managers on a broad range of topics. You will also support managers and employees on our HR policies & processes as well as legislation.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can ‘hit the ground running’. You will be able to evidence experience of carrying out all of the duties mentioned above within similar environments and so will be both competent and confident in quickly settling in to our team and ready to add value immediately. This is really important to us. Chances are you will have a CIPD qualification and it’s a given that your communication, MS office, prioritizing & planning skills are at a high standard. Your attention to detail and stakeholder skills will be legendary.
What will set you apart is your experience in and ability to analyse HR data and identify trends that we can use to help us deliver improvements for the business against strategy.
What’s in it for you?
Our office environment welcoming and you will be given the perfect setting to do your work to the high standard you want, as well as the opportunities to develop your own career.
You will join a HR team that is an excellent mix of new and longer serving members, determined to improve the service we offer all our customers. We are a friendly bunch who work incredibly hard but never forget to have fun in the process. I’d like to think we are more human than corporate. Every person is valued and you will be encouraged to join in and share your ideas and opinions to help us raise the bar.
The Swindon office is located just off junction 16 of the M4 and offer free onsite parking and buses also service the business park. You can then re fuel in our restaurant which offers a great selection of meals (breakfast and lunch) as well as an on-site Costa Coffee and shop.
Lastly, our employees are really important to us so we all benefit from private healthcare, life assurance, excellent pension and a range of large company benefits, in addition to the competitive basic salary.
