Note:- Ideally we are looking for someone to work full time hours 5 days a week but we can offer flexible working/ Part Time Hours for the right person.
About the role
These are exciting times for our HR department and as we go through a period of development and change we need an extra pair of hands to help us as some of the team move to support projects for the next 12 months.
This role will see you carry out a range of duties supporting our existing HR team and in essence will see you taking responsibility for your own portfolio of ER caseloads where you will advise, support and coach line managers on a broad range of topics. You will also support managers and employees on our HR policies & processes as well as legislation.    

About you
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can ‘hit the ground running’. You will be able to evidence experience of carrying out all of the duties mentioned above within similar environments and so will be both competent and confident in quickly settling in to our team and ready to add value immediately. This is really important to us. Chances are you will have a CIPD qualification and it’s a given that your communication, MS office, prioritizing & planning skills are at a high standard. Your attention to detail and stakeholder skills will be legendary.
What will set you apart is your experience in and ability to analyse HR data and identify trends that we can use to help us deliver improvements for the business against strategy.
