About the role
This role sits within our SME (Small Medium Enterprise) business area and will see you acquire and retain SME customers and vehicles through the sale of personal and business contract hire and other related products. Your role is to grow and retain existing customers and help sign up new customers with qualified leads fed to you via our in-house telemarketing team. It will be your responsibility to support our customers and prospects in the decision making process during the buying cycle with relevant product knowledge and appropriate advice. You will have set targets (individual and team) and will be rewarded through a monthly bonus scheme (up to £1,000 pm).

We are looking for a highly articulate individual who is able to build relationships quickly and then having ascertained customer requirements is able to come up with an attractive solution that fit’s the customer requirements and then close the sale. Your telephone manner will be exceptional along with your ability to work in a fast paced environment and ensure satisfied customers and our targets are achieved. You will also be able to work well in a team and clearly understand the importance of this for overall success. We have no room for selfish individuals. Previous experience in Financial Services Sales or Vehicle Sales would be advantageous but mostly it’s about drive and communication skills.
