For our BNP Paribas Investment Partners branch in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a
Client Service Officer (m/f) Institutional Sales
  • Manage and coordinate on-boarding of new clients and mandates
  • Perform interface function cooperation between Sales, Legal, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Risk, Operational Teams and investment management companies (KVG)
  • Establish relationships and liaise with investment management companies  (KVG)
  • Negotiate amendments for all German mandates
  • Manage the client reporting process with institutional reporting team or Central Client Service (e.g VAG reporting)
  • Deal with complex client queries and analyses
  • Troubleshooting on operational problems of institutional clients
  • Provide general support to Germany based CRMs on all after-sales issues on all subjects
  • Keep all client files and folders updated with contracts and client specific data
  • Perform KYC for KVGs
  • Getting familiar with internal tools and e-Reporting tools from KVGs
  • Assist and support CRMs in pre and after-sales activities (preparation of marketing material, follow-up on product related projects, coordination of road-shows, analysis of client universe, etc.)
  • Support activities/events/seminars of the department with respect to the achievement of these objectives (modification/renewal of the product/service range, marketing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of back and middle office operations and of the German asset management industry
  • Understanding of principal asset classes
  • Awareness of compliance and KYC procedures
  • Fluency in German and excellent command (oral and written) of English
  • Sense of client service
  • Very good numeric skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong sense of team spirit
  • Good organisational and project management skills
